These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the CT998 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using CT998, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold one CT998 account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated balances may be forfeited, subject to verification findings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. CT998 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to secure your account details.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and CT998 ("CT998", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at ct998.cam and all associated products and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing, registering on or using any part of the CT998 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been registered.
CT998 does not represent or imply that online gambling is legal under the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 or any provincial legislation. CT998 is not licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. To register and maintain an Account on CT998, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. CT998 strictly prohibits minors from creating accounts or participating in any real-money activity on the Platform. Age verification documents will be requested and must be provided upon request.
You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering contracts (including by reason of age, mental incapacity or a court order) are not permitted to use the Platform.
You must not access or use CT998 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. CT998 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction.
You may hold only one Account on the CT998 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.
You must register and operate the Account in your own name. You may not register on behalf of another person, act as an agent for another individual, or allow any other person to use your Account credentials.
When registering an Account on CT998, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You will be required to provide at minimum: a valid email address, a unique password, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. All information must correspond exactly to your official identity documents.
CT998 requires KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. You may also be required to complete KYC at any point during your use of the Platform. Standard documents include a government-issued photo ID (such as CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement) dated within the last three months.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify CT998 support immediately. CT998 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
You are obligated to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
All funds deposited into your CT998 Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. CT998 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Available deposit methods are displayed in the live cashier section of the Platform and may vary from time to time. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major Pakistani bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are used for contextual familiarity only. The availability of any specific payment method is determined solely by the operator's current cashier configuration and the policies of the respective payment provider. CT998 makes no guarantee that any specific method will remain available.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the cashier section and may be subject to change. Users are encouraged to use the Platform's responsible gambling tools to set personal deposit limits below the operator's maximums.
Deposits may be made in the currency supported by your Account settings. Where PKR transactions are facilitated, exchange rates and any applicable conversion fees are determined at the time of transaction. CT998 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.
CT998 does not pay interest on Account balances. Deposited funds are held for the purpose of gaming activity only and do not constitute an investment or savings arrangement.
Withdrawals from your CT998 Account are subject to the following conditions. CT998 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times, as these depend on internal review procedures, KYC status, payment provider processes and applicable verification requirements.
Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. This includes identity verification, address verification and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. Incomplete KYC will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. CT998 reserves the right to request verification of the withdrawal destination account.
Any active bonus funds attached to your balance must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before the associated balance is eligible for withdrawal. Real Money Funds deposited without a bonus claim are not subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
CT998 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where unusual transaction patterns, suspected fraud or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review triggers are identified.
CT998 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to specific terms that supplement these Terms and Conditions.
Bonus eligibility criteria (including minimum deposit requirements, opt-in steps, game restrictions and geographic limitations) are stated in the individual promotion terms and must be met in full to qualify.
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20×, 30×, 35×) and qualifying games are specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.
CT998 maintains active monitoring for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value, multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, and coordinated play. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may be suspended and associated balances forfeited.
CT998 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be given reasonable notice of material changes affecting active bonuses.
All betting and gaming activity on CT998 is subject to the specific rules of each product type (sports betting, casino games, live dealer, instant games). The following general rules apply across the Platform.
CT998 reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where a system error has produced an incorrect price, where a market has been suspended, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or incorrect odds being offered, CT998 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. No claims may be made based on incorrectly stated odds or game results arising from technical faults.
Once a bet has been settled and the outcome confirmed, it is final unless the settlement was made in error. Claims regarding incorrect settlement must be submitted to support within 72 hours of settlement.
Live in-play markets (including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports) are subject to frequent odds movements. CT998 accepts no liability for bets placed at temporarily incorrect live prices that were subsequently corrected.

Users may set deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders and cooling-off periods through the Account settings or by contacting support. These tools can be activated at any time.
Users may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from a minimum of 24 hours to a permanent exclusion. During an active self-exclusion, no promotional communications will be sent and the excluded Account will not accept deposits. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via live chat or support email.
CT998 takes a zero-tolerance approach to underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended, the balance forfeited and the matter reported as required by applicable regulations. Users must not allow any person under the minimum eligible age to access their Account.

All content on the CT998 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, game content and branding — is the property of CT998 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from CT998.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CT998 shall not be liable for any of the following:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
CT998 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a compliance or reputational risk to CT998.
Upon termination or suspension of an Account: all pending bets may be voided or settled at CT998's discretion; Bonus Funds will be forfeited; withdrawable Real Money Funds will be processed subject to KYC completion and investigation outcome; and access to the Platform will be revoked.
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, all pending wagering activity must be resolved and any outstanding withdrawal processed subject to standard verification requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CT998 operates under its applicable licence. Users are responsible for independently ensuring compliance with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction, including but not limited to the laws of Pakistan.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of CT998's operating jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
CT998 is not licensed in Pakistan and does not claim to be compliant with Pakistani gambling law. Pakistani users access and use this Platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. CT998 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, CT998 will provide notice via the Platform (e.g., a notification on login or a banner on the homepage) with reasonable advance notice before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the CT998 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
